Missions

When you give to Rise Church, you’re supporting the missions that matter to the heart of God.

We believe every church is called by God to be mobilized for mission both locally and globally. This means working to see lives changed by the Gospel in our own communities AND supporting the mission of Jesus in other parts of the world. In addition to our own missional strategies, we partner with organizations that support local and global communities, loving and serving those in need as Jesus taught.

Local Mission

Learn about the ways our church is serving our local communities and partnering with those who care about the things Jesus cares about.

Global Mission

There are many ways our church can serve the global mission and help take the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

Local Missions

Our local community matters to us.

There are plenty of needs within our local communities that matter to the heart of God. We organize and operate multiple missions within our community, while simultaneously partnering with other organizations by adding volunteers and financial resource to projects that are already making a huge difference in our community.
CarePortal creates connections within the Circles of Care around the isolated child. Bringing together the family, church and community to create a holistic, healthy approach to caring for kids. Because every child matters. Rise Church regularly meets needs of isolated children and families in our region.

Homeless Outreach

Our team of volunteers hits the streets regularly to love and serve the homeless in our own community. We provide food, clothing, hygiene items, prayer, evangelism, and a bridge to other local resources. More than a hand-out, our team focuses on building relationships with these individuals to provide greater love and support.
My Father’s House operates transitional living homes for men and women to live in community with others while working toward self-sufficiency. Individuals transition from prison, homelessness, addictions, and/or destructive behavior toward achieving goals that help change their lives for the better.

Global Missions

The whole world matters to God,
so it matters to us.

We believe every local church should be participating in global missions. Jesus didn't just die for us. He died for the whole world. There are many ways we can participate in serving those in need around the world, involving our church in causes that matter to the heart of Jesus.
Converge missionaries depend upon God's financial provision through the faithful, ongoing support of churches like us. Every year, we increase and expand our support of international missionaries. We currently support missionaries in Japan, Togo, and Thailand.

Serve the Kingdom on an upcoming mission trip to the Dominican Republic.

Help share the love of Christ by serving on a Puentes mission trip. Every summer, teams travel to serve the physical and spiritual needs of three local communities: Los Higos, El Callejon, and Jarabacoa. We help bridge the needs of education and proper nutrition in these impoverished communities, making Christ known and bringing hope for the future of school-aged children in the Dominican Republic.
